I have been doing radio since 1997 started off on charge fm 90.8 under the name DJ Escape. Due to there being another Dj Escape I changed my name to Hazey Gee in the early 00's. Since Charge FM I have had shows on wax fm, origin uk, RI radio Phatt beats to name a few as well as many others I have been a guest on over the years. I have played in clubs across the uk and Germany. I started my musical journey way back in 1993 when I made my first visit to Ard 2 beat records in Dartford and brought my fist jungle record (the dark stranger on suburban base) I even done my weeks work experience in the shop. The owner Kev had a mix studio in the back of the shop you could hire out for £7 an hour. A few of us would chip in on a Saturday and have a mix and boy we was bad and I thought we was the best djs since Mickey Finn and of course the mc was also the best thing since sliced bread how I thought we knew it all back then. So by then I was hooked on the music. Well three of us continued with our love for music through our journey in life I stayed with my beloved jungle/DNB where Steve got in the House and Paul got in to Garage and both done very well and became Steve Reevs 1/3 of the house trio Tenacious and Mc Spanish fly aka Mr Harris And myself Hazey Gee We all now produce our own music Steve and the boys are doing fantastic and now Mr Harris has finished his Rap Album we have been working on a track together titled Sasquatch which we will be dropping soon with a video for the track.
